Remember you must meet the 'Inner Circle' qualifications to be listed here. You must meet at least one of the following requiremetns:  hang around the marina excessively,  display a neon palm tree, drink too much, or be generally worthless.  It has come to my knowledge that some of our members are sadly negelecting their obligations during this winter.
